Under the Christmas Lights: Everything You Need to Know About My New Christmas Collection

Some books arrive quietly. This one has been anything but quiet—at least in my heart.

Under the Christmas Light is my brand new Christmas romance collection, and I have to be honest with you: I am so incredibly proud of this one. Four love stories. Two towns. One very special book that I cannot wait to put into your hands.

But before I tell you all about it, let me answer the question I know you're already asking—why are there two covers, and why is one upside down?

It's a Flip Book

Yes, you read that right.

Under the Christmas Lights is a special edition flip book—which means it has two front covers, one spines and four complete love stories tucked inside.

One side brings you to the sun-warmed beach and roads of Point Perry for an Australian summer Christmas—gum leaves, Christmas lights strung along the jetty, and the kind of small-town community that shows up for each other no matter what. Flip it over, and you're in snow-dusted Leavenworth, Washington, where the mountains are draped in white and Christmas feels like something out of a fairy tale.

Two towns. Two covers. Four stories that all connect back to the heart of Point Perry.

It's the kind of book you'll want to display on your shelf—and I say that without a single hint of bias. 😄

It’s a FLIP book!

The Four Stories Inside

‍Here's a little taste of what's waiting for you inside Under the Christmas Lights:

Light Up My Heart: A Point Perry Christmas

‍Ryan Black hates Christmas—and everything it reminds him of. Scarlett Reynolds loves Christmas but has spent years avoiding home. Now they're both back in Point Perry—and it turns out, a town this small leaves nowhere to hide.

‍This is a second chance, grumpy sunshine, small-town romance with a twist that I genuinely didn't see coming when I first wrote it. Ryan remembers every detail of their teenage summer. Scarlett doesn't remember any of it. That tension? It's everything.

‍ ‍

Coming Home to Your Heart: Pining for a Point Perry Christmas

‍She bought the Christmas tree farm on impulse. He's been squatting on it for weeks. Annie Schultz and retired rodeo cowboy JJ Nash have nothing in common—except wounds they've never shown anyone, and a grand reopening deadline that's coming up very fast.

‍This one is enemies to lovers at its slow burn best. Two broken people, one overgrown Christmas tree farm, and a whole Point Perry community cheering them on. I adore Annie and JJ more than I can say.

‍ ‍

Listen to Your Heart: A Not-So Point Perry Christmas

‍She came to snow-dusted Leavenworth to disappear. He's never met anyone more out of his league. When Hollywood star Hanna Charlton's past follows her to a charming mountain town, the one person she didn't expect to find is a humble soup kitchen founder who sees straight through the headlines—and into her heart.

This story is wholesome, warm, and has a dark moment that genuinely broke my heart to write. Cole Rogerson is the kind of hero romance readers deserve.

‍ ‍

March Into My Heart: A Long Way from a Point Perry Christmas

‍She aimed a tranquilliser gun at him. He wrangled her rogue reindeer like he was born to do it. Dr Ellie Rodriguez and off-duty Seattle firefighter Troy Conway didn't plan on meeting—and neither of them stood a chance. ‍

This one starts with chaos and ends with the most beautiful, cozy epilogue I've ever written. There's also a reindeer named Roscoe who steals every single scene he's in. You've been warned.

Content warnings: Light Up My Heart—panic attack, near drowning, workplace bullying, rejection by parents, abuse and abandonment. Coming Home to Your Heart—failed IVF and miscarriage, head trauma. Listen to Your Heart—death of a child, postnatal depression, PTSD, childhood cancer. March Into My Heart—discussions of suicide, death of a grandparent, fire and windstorms.

Four love stories. Two towns. One Collection

Why I Put This Collection Together

These four stories have all been published separately before—but I always knew they belonged together. They're connected not just by the Point Perry world, but by theme: second chances, healing hearts and the kind of love that finds you when you're not looking for it.

Christmas is a season that can feel complicated. It's joyful and loud and full of expectation—and sometimes, it's also the season that makes the empty chairs feel emptier. I write Christmas romance because I believe in the hope of it. The possibility. The idea that love can find you even when you're standing in the ruins of the life you thought you'd have.

That's what Under the Christmas Lights is, at its heart. Four love stories that say: it's not too late. There's still something good waiting for you.

I hope they find you at exactly the right moment.
